Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TAIL PIPE WAS EMITTING EXCESSIVE SMOKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT SLUDGE WAS PRESENT BECAUSE OF IMPROPER VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. THE MANUFACTURER AGREED WITH THE LOCAL DEALER AND OFFERED NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED DUE TO THE COST. THE URRENT MILEAGE WAS 47,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
