Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE INTERIOR LIGHTING, EXTERIOR LIGHTING, HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER, TURN SIGNALS, AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD FAIL SPORADICALLY. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT WAS ATTEMPTING A LEFT TURN WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE ANY OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
