Consumer Description

THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR WILL FALL DOWN FROM ANY POSTION AND BLOCK VISABILY OUT OF THE WINDSHIELD. IT WILL ALSO SCARE THE DRIVER CAUSING HANDS TO LEAVE THE STEERING WHEEL IN SELF PRESERVATION AND TO MOVE THE VISOR OUT OF THE VIEWING AREA. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ALL OF THE TIME. SO EACH TIME IT DOES HAPPEN IIT IS A SHOCK TO THE DRIVER. THERE IS NO AFTERMARKET REPAIR. THE DEALER WANTS IN EXCESS OF $300 TO REPLACE IT. THERE IS NO GUARENTEE THAT THE REPLACEMENT WILL NOT PERFORM AS THE ORIGINAL. I HAVE TRIED TO VELCRO THE VISOR IN THE UP POSITION BUT VELCRO WILL NOT STICK TO THE HEAD LINER VERY WELL. ALSO I NEED THE VISOR IN MORE THAN JUST AN UP OR DOWN POSITION. *TR
