Consumer Description

I PURCHASED 4 UNIROYAL LONG TOURING P215/60R16 TIRES FROM WAL-MART. AT 5,000 MILES I HAD THE TIRES ROTATED AT WAL-MART. AFTER ROTATING THE TIRES, THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS A TREMENDOUS VIBRATION WHILE DRIVING. WAL-MART SAYS THERE ARE FLAT SPOTS IN THE TIRE TREAD ON ALL FOUR TIRES AND THIS WAS CAUSED BY ALIGNMENT AND SUSPENSION. WAL-MART MANAGER SAID TO HAVE ALIGNMENT AND SUSPENSION CHECKED AND THEN THEY WOULD REPLACE WARRANTED TIRES. ALIGNMENT AND SUSPENSION CHECKED AND FOUND TO BE IN ORDER. WAL-MART MANAGER REFUSES TO CHANGE TIRE. THREE TIRE SHOPS HAVE SAID THE PROBLEM IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT IN TIRES, NOT ALIGNMENT OR SUSPENSION. I ALSO LEARNED WAL-MART PLACED THREE DIFFERENT D.O.T.
