TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CADILLAC CTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER A MANUFACTURERS SATISFACTION PROGRAM FOR THE TIMING CHAIN. AFTER THE REMEDY WAS PERFORMED, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN ENGINE POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER YET THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,187.
