'99 GMC SIERRA RUST ISSUES. ON BOTH SIDES, THE CAB CORNERS AND KICKER PANELS ARE HAVE ROTTED AWAY. WHEEL WELLS ARE JUST AS BAD. THIS IS NOT A FREAK OCCURRENCE. I HAVE SEEN THE SAME MAKE AND YEAR OF TRUCKS IN MANY STATES WITH THE SAME ISSUE. *TR
