Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED MOMENTARILY BEFORE RESTARTING ITSELF. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE BEFORE THE FAILURE RECURRED. DURING THE FAILURE THE CHECK ENGINE AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS BEGAN ILLUMINATING ON THE DASHBOARD. THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO RECUR WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN DIRECTLY TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
