Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN REFUELING THE VEHICLE, AT LEAST ONE QUART OF GASOLINE WOULD SPEW BACK OUT FROM THE FILLER NECK AND WOULD OCCUR WHENEVER THE CONTACT WOULD REFUEL THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE FUEL TANK BECAUSE THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 34,000.
