Consumer Description

BACKING OUT OF GARAGE AND HEARD A LOUD NOISE AND LEFT FRONT TIRE WENT FLAT. FOUND LEFT FRONT COIL SPRING HAD BROKEN AND PUNCHED A HOLE IN A NEW TIRE (LESS THAN A WEEK OLD). COULD NOT GET THE FLAT OFF BECAUSE THE SPRING WAS INSIDE THE TIRE SO COULD NOT PUT ON THE SPACESAVER SPARE HAD TO TOW. THIS IS A 2003 FORD TAURUS WITH LESS THAN 80,000 MILES. NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY OR POLICY. *TR
