Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE KEY WOULD REMAIN STUCK IN THE IGNITION WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF. BOTH THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED WHO WAS AWARE OF THE ISSUE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
