Consumer Description
2007 SATURN ION. CONSUMER STATES THAT HIS STARTER WAS ABLE TO ALLOW WATER OR SALT BRINE INTO THE STARTER DURING WINTER CONDITIONS. HIS VEHICLE LEFT HIM AND HIS THREE YEAR OLD STRANDED IN COLD WEATHER BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM. *KB THE ENTRY OF WATER AND/OR SALT INTO THE STARTER STOPPED THE STARTER FROM ROTATING THE ENGINE.
