TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE DRIVER SIDE SEATBELT WAS BEGINNING TO WEAR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR COSTS. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
