Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA RAV4. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED VERY RAPIDLY. SHE ENGAGED THE BRAKES AND THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATED AND CRASH INTO A CONCRETE BARRIER. SHE SUSTAINED BRUISES TO HER ARM AND LEG. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED FROM THE FENDER AT AN ANGLE TO THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 8,110.
