Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS 2008 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT HAD TO REPLACE THE REAR TIRES ON THE VEHICLE FIVE TIMES. THE CONTACT TOOK HIS VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR MAINTENANCE AND THEY INFORMED HIM THAT THE REAR ALIGNMENT FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
