Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 HONDA ACCORD LX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE SUNROOF DETACHED FROM HER VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT DID NOT STOP TO INSPECT IF THE SUNROOF CAME IN CONTACT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A DEALER AND THE DEALER INFORMED HER THAT THERE WAS A MANUFACTURERS RECALL FOR THE SUNROOF. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
