Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AT 35 MPH., SUDDENLY I WAS UNABLE TO STEER IT. IT TURNS OUT THAT THE SUB FRAME OF THE CAR IS CRACKED AND NEEDS TOTALLY REPLACED AT APPROX. $1100. AFTER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH, I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT A PART OF THE CAR THAT SHOULD WEAR OUT AND SHOULD NOT HAVE CRACKED. (THIS COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A DEATH OR SEVERE INJURY. I BELIEVE GM NEEDS TO MAKE COMPENSATION FOR THIS REPAIR.)
