Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 HONDA CIVIC LX. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH OR MAKING A TURN, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. SOMETIMES IT WOULD RESTART RIGHT AWAY AND OTHER TIMES, IT WOULD TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO BEFORE IT WOULD RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS AND TO TAKE HER VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 124,000.
