Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING AND SHIFTING INTO REVERSE, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED BACKWARD AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT EXAMINED FOR THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 110,000.
