Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 1500. AFTER CHANGING THE OIL IN THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE OIL WAS BEING BURNED AT A QUICK RATE. THE OIL WAS BURNING 1,000 MILES FOR EVERY QUART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DALER WHERE THEY WERE CONDCUTING AN OIL EVALUATION. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NORMAL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,984.
