Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE LEFT AND RIGHT TURN SIGNALS SUDDENLY MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO STATED THAT FUSE BOX FOR THE TURN SIGNALS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND FILED A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 132,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
