Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR WOULD REPEATEDLY FALL, OBSTRUCTING THE DRIVER'S VIEW OF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER YET THE DEALER COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FAILURE WOULD NOT RECUR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 136,000.
