TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CADILLAC STS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 2 MPH IN REVERSE WHEN THE CONTACT HEARD A DRAGGING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT TIRE. THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF AND THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED WHERE THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE WAS TILED IN AN INWARD POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 27,400.
