Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT WAS BRAKING FROM 15 MPH AND ATTEMPTING A LEFT TURN WHEN THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO THE MEDIAN. THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY SHUT OFF THE ENGINE AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HIS RESIDENCE. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER REPAIRED NOR DIAGNOSED FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
