TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHENEVER THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED FROM 5 MPH OR MORE, THE VEHICLE WOULD VIBRATE ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE WOULD ACT AS IF IT WERE ATTEMPTING TO STALL. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,600.
