Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHENEVER THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS ACTIVATED, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FLOORBOARD WOULD BECOME WET. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT MOTOR BLOWER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 86,000.
