Consumer Description
1999 HONDA CIVIC EX WITH INTERMITTENT STALLING. THE CAR WILL JUST CUT OFF WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING. IT DOES THIS EVERYDAY AND WILL CUT OFF WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, BACKING UP OR DRIVING. THERE IS NO RHYME OR REASON TO WHY IT IS DOING. THERE WAS A RECALL ON A FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT DID NOT INCLUDE THIS VIN #. THERE ARE ACTUALLY TWO RECALLS....ON IS TSB#02-031 AND 9910. THE LAST ONE MY HUSBAND FOUND ON THE INTERNET AND IT ONLY SAID HONDA CIVIC 1999 AND DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC MODEL. I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS. *TR
