TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA PRIUS. WHILE DRIVING AT 2 MPH THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY ACCELERATED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 17,000. UPDATED 10/01/10*LJ WHILE SLOWLY MOVING INTO A PARKING SPACE, WITH HER FOOT ON THE BRAKE, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY LUNGED FORWARD LANDING ON A PARKING LOT DIVIDER. THE CONSUMER SUFFERED WHIPLASH.
