Consumer Description

I OWN A 2006 CHEVY UPLANDER. THE PROBLEM STARTED OFF WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE SLIDING DOOR WOULDN'T STAY CLOSED. I WOULD CLOSE IT, IT WOULD DING AND RE OPEN ON ITS OWN, FINALLY GOT IT TO STAY CLOSED AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR IT WOULD TAKE 10 MINUTES OR SO TO GET IT TO STAY CLOSED. I WAS DRIVING INTO TOWN AND I WAS GOING AROUND 45 MPH AND THE DOOR CAME OPEN ON ITS OWN, WHEN THIS HAPPENED I PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND SPENT A GOOD 20 MINS TRYING TO GET THE DOOR TO STAY CLOSED, I HAD TO TAKE THE FUSE OUT IN ORDER FOR THE DOOR TO STAY CLOSED. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH ONLINE AND FOUND OVER 50 OTHER OWNERS WHO ARE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE. *TR
