Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE BEGAN MAKING AN ABNORMAL SQUEAKING NOISE FROM THE REAR. THE CONTACT MOVED THE VEHICLE FROM THE ROADWAY AND EXITED THE VEHICLE. HE THEN DISCOVERED THE REAR AXLE WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 147,000.
