TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CARAVAN. THE SLIDING PASSENGER DOOR WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO CLOSE WITH AND WITHOUT THE REMOTE KEY. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE DOOR IT WOULD OPEN ON ITS OWN. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY WAS NOT VALID AND THEY WOULD NOT OFFER HER ANY ASSISTANCE WITH THE REPAIR COST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65000. UPDATED 10/01/10. *LJ UPDATED 10/04/10*JB
