Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. THE SLIDING PASSENGER DOORS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE VEHICLE OPENED ON THEIR OWN AT VARIOUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOUR TIMES FOR THIS FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE HAS CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FIVE TIMES. THE GM MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND A REPRESENTATIVE IS EXPECTED TO INSPECT THE FAILURE AT A LOCAL DEALERSHIP. THE CONTACT WAS NOT TOLD WHEN THE CHEVROLET INSPECTOR WILL DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 31,000.
