Consumer Description

TOYOTA RAV4 BASE AWD UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO STOP AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE CAR SLOWED DOWN BUT KEPT MOVING FORWARD EVEN WITH THE BRAKE PRESSED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. I SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL, AND THE ENGINE ALL OF SUDDEN REVVED UP TO A HIGH RPM AND MADE A LOUD ROAR EVEN THOUGH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS NOT PRESSED. *TR
