Consumer Description

MY FORD EXPEDITION 2002 WAS RECALLED FOR FIRE HAZARD DUE TO THE CRUISE CONTROL. I HAD THE REPAIR DONE AT MCCOY MILLS FORD IN FULLERTON CA. AND A FEW WEEKS LATER MY CAR BURST INTO FLAMES IN MY DRIVEWAY WHILE PARKED. THE CAR WAS TOTALED AND NOW I DO NOT HAVE A CAR AND CAN NOT BUY ANY THING COMPARABLE FOR THE 12,000 THE INSURANCE PAID. I BELIEVE FORD OWES ME THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE I FOLLOWED THE RULES AND HAD THE CAR "REPAIRED" BY THEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? *TR
