TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE OIL PAN HAD BEGUN TO EXHIBIT RUST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER MANUFACTURING THE PART NEEDED FOR HER VEHICLE AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR WAS IT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 104,000.
