Consumer Description

DRIVERS SIDE REAR POWER DOOR CABLE BROKE AND JAMMED DOOR OPEN. MY WIFE HAD TO DRIVE THE CAR HOME FROM WORK WITH THE DOOR OPEN BECAUSE THE CABLE HAD BECOME TANGLED INSIDE THE DOOR AND WOULD NOT ALLOW IT TO CLOSE. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN ON A 4 YEAR OLD TOP OF THE LINE CAR. (SIENNA XLE LIMITED AWD) THAT COSTS OVER $40K. THE DEALER SAYS REPAIR WILL COST MORE THAN $2000! *TR
