APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS AGO THE PAINT ON THE TOP OF MY 2005 FORD EXPLORER BEGAN TO CHIP OFF. I WAS TOLD FORD WOULD NOT FIX IT UNLESS IT WAS RUSTED, HOWEVER NOW WHAT BEGAN AS A CHIP HAS GROWN TO APPROXIMATELY AN 18IN CIRCLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY VEHICLE. FORD HAS INDICATED THERE IS A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN ABOUT THE DEFECT HOWEVER NO RECALL HAS BEEN ISSUED. *TR
