Consumer Description

I [XXX] PURCHASED A 2007 TOYOTA FROM MOSS BROTHER TOYOTA THAT HAVE A DEFECTIVE TRUNK PART THAT ALLOW THE TRUNK DOOR TO COMING DOWN ON YOUR HEAD WHEN OPENED. SEVERAL TIMES THAT CAR TRUNK HAVE CAME DOWN HITTING ME IN THE HEAD. THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE CAR DEALERSHIP AND TO THE MANUFACTURE REP. AND IN APRIL 2010 THE REP MET WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND ORDERED IT TO BE CORRECTED. WE TOOK THE CAR IN TO BE FIXED BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. SINCE THAT TIME, ON SEVERAL OCCASION, THIS TRUNK HAS COME DOWN SMASHING ME AND MY HUSBAND IN THE HEAD. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
