Consumer Description

AT 26,000 MILES THE BLEND DOOR FOR THE AIR SYSTEM BROKE (PART # 68004226-AB). THIS CAUSED THE VENTS TO BE STUCK IN ONE POSITION AND COULD NOT GET THE DEFROST TO WORK WHICH BECAME A SAFETY ISSUE SINCE I COULD NOT DEFROST/DEFOG THE WINDSHIELD. THE PART WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. I AM NOW AT 52,000 MILES AND THE SAME PART NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AGAIN. THIS TIME OUT OF WARRANTY AND AT A COST OF $740. *TR
