Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED WHENEVER IT WOULD RAIN, SHE WOULD NOTICE A PUDDLE OF WATER ON THE PASSENGERS SEAT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR WAS LEAKING. THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 117,000.
