TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FUSION. WHILE PARKED, THE CONTACT WAS REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE TRUNK WHEN THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING THE TRUNK TO FALL; THE CONTACT WAS SLIGHTLY INJURED AS A RESULT. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 35,000.
