TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD TAURUS. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE ENGINE BEGAN TO REV AND THE VEHICLE STARTED LOSING SPEED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP WHERE THE TORQUE CONVERTER WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 81,000.
