Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT REFERENCED RECALL 10V041000 (AIR BAGS). WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE SIDE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED AN INJURY TO THE LEFT ARM WHEN HE AIR BAG DEPLOYED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
