Consumer Description
2008 TOYOTA PRIUS. CONSUMER STATES BRAKE PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE. *TGW ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, PRIOR TO PUBLIC NOTICE AND THE RECENTLY ANNOUNCED RECALL, THE CONSUMER NOTICED AN UNUSUAL BRAKING INCIDENT. THE INCIDENTS HAPPENED WHILE SLOWING DOWN TO MAKE A TURN. WHEN SHE APPLIED THE BRAKE, THE ENGINE RACED FOR A SPLIT SECOND AND THE VEHICLE SURGED FOR A MOMENT. *JB
