TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 KIA SPORTAGE. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM INDICATOR WOULD ILLUMINATE INTERMITTENTLY WHICH SHE NOTICED SINCE JANUARY 2010. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 92,047.
