Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS DECELERATING THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ENGAGED WITH NO RESPONSE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SLOW THE VEHICLE DOWN AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THIS TIME.
