Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PONTIAC G5 COUPE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 8 MPH IN A PARKING LOT THE CONTACT TRIED TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL; HOWEVER, IT FAILED TO TURN CAUSING HIM TO CRASH INTO A CONCRETE POST. THE DEALER CONFIRMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY THE STEERING COLUMN. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
