Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 NISSAN MAXIMA. AFTER HAVING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT REPAIRED, IT CONTINUED TO ILLUMINATE. HE ALSO EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHO INFORMED HIM THAT THEY WOULD RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR TWO DAYS. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. HE NISSAN MANUFACTURER HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
