Consumer Description

MY CAR ACCELERATED BY ITSELF WHILE I WAS DRIVING IN A ROTARY AND RESULTED IN A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH A GUARD RAIL. IT CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE EVEN AFTER IT HIT THE FIRST GUARD RAIL AND CAUSED ME TO HIT A SECOND GUARD RAIL. THIS CRASH RESULTED IN INJURIES AND COMPLETELY TOTALED MY 2005 TOYOTA COROLLA. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH TOYOTA AS WELL AS AN ACCIDENT REPORT WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MASSACHUSETTS RMV AND INSURANCE COMPANY. *TR
