TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CALIBER. WHILE USING THE HEATED SEAT OPTION, THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT STOPPED WORKING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN INSPECTED BY THE DEALER, THERE WERE BURN HOLES FOUND IN THE BACK OF THE DRIVERS SEAT. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS ADVISED THAT A CASE WOULD BE OPENED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 46,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
