TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. THE CONTACT OBSERVED A DEFECT WITH THE INTERIOR OVERHEAD CENTER CONSOLE LIGHT; LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONSOLE LIGHT WAS EXTREMELY HOT TO TOUCH. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED FOR THE MALFUNCTION AT THIS TIME. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERN OF THE POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
